They had a ritual of testing and rating new products together. This friend was not afraid to criticize the products, nor to vote against the Boss. After one of these sessions she asked Ferrero, if he is okay with her attitude. Ferrero was quick with the answer:
“Well, if you would always agree with me, one of us would be unnecessary in this room” – A quote I will keep for a lifetime.
