They had a ritual of testing and rating new products together. This friend was not afraid to criticize the products, nor to vote against the Boss. After one of these sessions she asked Ferrero, if he is okay with her attitude. Ferrero was quick with the answer:

Upon the advice of my friend, after 7 years I left iPhone behind and changed to Samsung S8. The change was smooth (I hope this gives strength for all the iPhone users who got disappointed after yesterday’s “Special Event”) without the smallest hiccup.
